How to Permanently Delete Your Spotify Account | How to Cancel A Spotify Premium Subscription

I used to love Spotify in the past. The Spotify app on my Smartphone was easy to use and it was a breeze to switch my music, artist, or playlist. However, these days I find it to be no longer user friendly. So if you want to cancel or remove Spotify from your phone or tablet, for whatever reason, here is a simple guide to do so.

How to Cancel Spotify Premium

If you have had enough of paying for Premium and want to stop paying, follow these steps:

- From Profile go to Account

- Go to Your Plan

- Go to Change Plan

- Choose Cancel Premium

How to Permanently Delete Your Spotify Account

There are different steps to follow to cancel a Spotify free plan and premium plan. Let’s look at both one by one.

How To Permanently Delete A Spotify Account If You Have Free Plan

- You have to go to the Support page and Spotify made it difficult to find their Support page from the Spotify website. You can search on Google for “Spotify Support” or here is the link: https://support.spotify.com/

- Enter close account in the search box on the Support page and go from there

How To Permanently Delete Your Spotify Account If You Have a Premium Plan

- You have to speak with Spotify customer support.

- Check their contact page. You may need to message them first to get a hold of a live person.

- Last time I checked, Spotify made it very difficult call them directly, as I couldn’t find any phone number.

Best GoPro Tip You Didn’t Know – How to Record 4K Like GoPro Video In 1080P

Best GoPro 1080P Recording Settings Tip

4K videos are great, but recording in 4K is not a viable option for everyone due to file sizes, difficulty editing, and the higher Internet speed requirement. If you record your GoPro in 1080P, changing this one setting will make your videos 4K-like quality without the 4K-like file sizes.

I am talking about Bit rate. Simply put, Bit rate refers to the amount of data or Bits per second of video or audio capture. The higher the Bit rate, the better the quality and the higher the file size.

Recording in 1080P with a higher Bit rate gives you videos that look like almost 4K, but you won’t be burdened with humongous 4K-like files sizes. Here are some 15-second file size examples out of my GoPro 10:

1080 Resolution 48.6 MB (High Bit Rate) 26.1 MB (Low Bit rate)

4K resolution 169 MB (High Bit Rate) 80.4 MB (Low Bit rate)

As you can see, the 1080 High Bit rate file size is lower than even the 4K Low Bit rate’s. To access this setting, go to any GoPro 8 or above and look under Protune. The nice quality videos you will get from 1080 will not be exactly as high quality as 4K, but you won’t be able to tell the difference when you watch them on YouTube.

If you can’t find High Bit Rate, you most likely have an older version of GoPro as this feature is only available from GoPro Hero 8 and above.

I have a video on High Bit rate explaining further with sample video clips, which you view here:

Buying The Cheapest Possible Planner on Amazon | 2022 Pocket Small Daily Weekly Planner by Teamcan

What’s The Cheapest Planner on Amazon You can Buy?

I just did a review of the popular Moleskine 12 Month Weekly Planner 2022 last week and since then Ive been thinking of what the cheapest planner you can possibly buy on Amazon is.

After searching through Amazon, I came across a brand I’d never heard of called Eteamcan. They offer a Classic 12 Month pocket planner that is small and easy to carry. So, I wanted to try and see whether buying this would be a waste of money or would work just fine.

Eteamcan’s small (4.2" X 3"), lightweight weekly planner is good for everyday use and even when you are travelling. According to the manufacturer, the paper is high-quality, smooth Daolin Paper and the front and back cover are made of black fabric mixed material.

I was expecting a poor-quality notebook, but I have to say that this cheap notebook is not bad at all and exceeded my expectations. Each page has 4 days on one side and 3 days on the other side. There is a lot of information provided in the beginning of the notebook, such as time zones, holidays, necessary metric charts, a calorie chart, a clothing size chart, etc., but the problem is they are so small that it is hard to read. I brought them close to my eyes and couldn’t figure out what’s there.

The paper quality is acceptable and the ink didn’t bleed through when I wrote with my pen. Overall, I would say it’s not a waste of $10 and good enough for everyday uses as a pocket notebook.

Soundcore 3 by Anker | Best Portable Bluetooth Speaker

Best Portable Mid-Priced Bluetooth Speaker | Anker Soundcore 3

I was looking for a Bluetooth soundbar that is small enough to sit on my small desk, durable, and good looking. After looking at a bunch of them, Soundcore 3 by Anker seemed to fit my criteria.

Priced at somewhere between $75 to $90 at online retailers, Soundcore 3 is not cheap or too expensive. So, I grabbed one.

I was surprised to see the quality and how good looking this tiny speaker is. When I turned it on, I was even more surprised at its sound quality.

There is also a Soundcore app to customize bass, treble, and midrange to enhance your listening experience. If you don't want to bother with that, you can choose Soundcore's own presets, such as Soundcore signature, Voice, Treble Boost, and Balanced.

Its IPX7 rating means it is completely waterproof and can even be submerged in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. The X in the rating means it hasn't been tested for solid objects, but I saw videos online where the Soundcore 3 took mud and sand abuse and still functioned properly.

I mainly use my Soundcore 3 to listen to podcasts, online radio, and streaming music services. It definitely makes a difference having the sound come from a good speaker, rather than a phone.

Its battery life seems to be a lot better than I expected and I only charge it once every 2 weeks with 2-3 hours of use daily.

Beginner's Guide to Start Cold Showers | How to Take Cold Showers

How to Trick Your Brain to Take Cold Showers Every Day | How to Take Cold Showers

I never though this is something I would be doing. Taking cold showers is no fun. Your body is leaving its comfort zone and your brain is sending signals to reject it, so it takes courage and a willingness to embrace cold showers.

I felt terrible during my first week when I started taking cold showers. Each day my mind told me this should be my last day, but I kept going and going. Now, after a month I discovered the benefits of cold showers from my own experience, which surpassed all my tears and pain. Now I can't or won't go back to a regular, comfortable warm shower.

My simple trick can make anyone get used to cold showers and that’s what I will talk about today. A note of precaution is that before you start taking cold showers, please consult your doctor or a medical professional, as cold showers are not for everyone.

The way I do cold showers is that I start with the comfort level, which is a mixture of 50/50 hot and cold water. This is how people most take regular showers. Then I gradually turn towards to colder levels. I finish shampooing or soaping up in cold water, but too cold.

Then my last 2 minutes would be in extremely cold water. To tell you the truth, this will not feel like fun. Don’t be afraid to scream. I scream when my water is at the maximum cold level, as it helps. But after finishing my shower, the refreshing feeling is hard to describe. I won’t go back to hot showers anymore. I am already seeing the benefits from cold showers after only one month.

I have a video about my cold shower experience, which you can find in the link below:
